The cityscape ‘bite’ from the logo was developed into a full urban landscape – hence fulfilling an explanatory role. The design also speaks to fluidity, flexibility and flow – three crucial differentiating criteria in the firm’s projects.

The client required a logo that included reference to the urban cityscape without being clichéd or overly corporate. The target audience: 18-30 year-olds; first time buyers.
