Lifelong rider and horse owner, Viva Durno, wanted to launch a high-end equestrian fashion and equipment online store. Beginning with a logo to match the already chosen brand name, Designer Brent Nygaard went with a stylised and simplified horse’s profile, paired with a classic font to ensure a timeless and sophisticated feel for the brand.
The Engage team decided on the Magento content management system for Equistead.com to be developed on, given the anticipated high website traffic volumes, and the complex functionality required to cater for international currencies and languages. The site was was also integrated with payment gateway Worldpay, which supports over 120 currencies.
As Equistead.com’s online branding partner, Engage was responsible for the setup, strategy and day-to-day management of the brand’s Facebook, Google+ and Twitter social media profiles for a six month period. Other online marketing activities include Google AdWords and Display Advertising campaign management.
