At Engage Brandcraft, we create more than just strategically sound brand identities – we create engaging brand stories and environments that live in various mediums on the web and off it. Online is definitely a key, growing part of our portfolio (over 50% of our work) and we are proud of what we have brought to this space in terms of clean, effective and engaging design. Creating online brand touchpoints is often as challenging as it is rewarding. Being in the competitive brand development arena means we always aim to push the boundaries on web design, while putting usability first…and doing our bit to keep the search engines happy of course! Custom web design requires a fresh approach to layout (as not to create something that feels template-driven or 'standard), yet it has to respect numerous parameters and still be intuitive to use. Challenge accepted!

When creating an interactive online site we have to be cognisant of two potential pitfalls: overpopulating and under utilising the medium. When a site is cluttered with unnecessary tabs and information it becomes a nightmare to navigate and the most important messages tend to get lost. However, there is also the risk of not maximising the web environment that is constantly evolving into an even more powerful brand development resource.

Through a comprehensive understanding of both brand needs and audience needs, we aim to design and implement an online platform that facilitates long-term, engaging brand relationships.
