Project Brief

Toucan Aviation, an upmarket, private Angolan airline for business travel, approached Engage in need of a rebrand. They wanted their logo, website and brand collateral to be refreshed.

The Result

We simplified their existing logo and added a gold foil to give the brand a more upmarket feel. The new look was then applied to their website and brochures, as well as a full brand roll-out across all touchpoints, including uniform design for in-flight staff.

Our design extended to the interiors of the airplanes, including champagne flutes, in-flight menus and corporate gifting for clients travelling with the airline.


Toucan Aviation wanted to refresh their logo from bright and colourful, to slick and luxurious. We decided to go with black and gold, two colours that exude a lavish lifestyle, and tightened up the type as well as the design of the toucan bird as the “a” in the logo.
